Join TEFL Express staffer Anna for a journey up a mountain in the Philippines.
Up in the playground of gods, Mt. Pulag is the 3rd highest peak in the Philippines. Standing at 2,926 metres above sea level, the borders between the provinces of Benguet, Ifugao and Nueva Vizcaya meet at the mountain’s peak. It offers wonderful scenery of dwarf trees and scenic views of mossy forest. I had to trek Mt. Pulag twice for me to experience the breathtaking view of sea of clouds. My revenge climb was successful. It would take 6 hours to hike the top via ambangeg trail the easiest trail to reach the top. This definitely topped my bucket list in my mountain trekking adventures. I can not wait to be back to Mt. Pulag.
