We will answer your voice mails, emails and TEFL Advice messages within 24-48 hours. Please allow more time during weekends and public holidays.

If you are an existing student here are some guidelines to follow when contacting us:

• Provide us with as much information as possible so that we can find you quickly in our student database eg name, surname, username and email address that you used on registration.
• If you are contacting us with a query related to course content, always provide the unit, section and page.
